Jede ungeplante Abschaltung erzwang die Entfernung und Vernichtung des Maschineninhalts und dessen Reinigung, um die Produktion wieder aufzunehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Linie umfasste auch eine hintere Kartonierstation, die komplex und anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr mehrere t\u00e4gliche Stopps war.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kunde bef\u00fcrchtete, dass diese Ausf\u00e4lle zahlenm\u00e4\u00dfig relevant werden k\u00f6nnten und dass dies die h\u00e4ufige Wiederholung des Entleerungs- und Wiederaufbereitungsprozesses des F\u00fcllers erfordern w\u00fcrde, was die Effizienz der Linie beeintr\u00e4chtigen w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u00f6sungsvorschlag<\/h3>\n<p>Es wird die Installation eines dynamischen Durchflussreglers mit einer Akkumulationskapazit\u00e4t von zwei Produktionsminuten vorgeschlagen. F\u00fcr die erforderliche Kapazit\u00e4t ist das geeignete Modell ein DFR-MC.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel ist es, dass der DFR die Auswirkungen von Stopps des Kartonierroboters auff\u00e4ngt, wenn diese bis zu zwei Minuten dauern, oder den planm\u00e4\u00dfigen Stopp des F\u00fcllers bei Stopps von mehr als zwei Minuten erm\u00f6glicht. In beiden F\u00e4llen sollte die Wirkung des DFR es unn\u00f6tig machen, den F\u00fcller zu entleeren, das Produkt zu zerst\u00f6ren und es dann auszuwaschen.<\/p>\n<h3>Erzielte verbesserungen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Die meisten ungeplanten F\u00fcllstopps, die durch m\u00f6gliche Stillst\u00e4nde von Kartonierern verursacht werden, werden vermieden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Investition in die Ausr\u00fcstung generiert einen ROI von \u00fcber 100% in einem Jahr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sch\u00fcsselpunkte<\/h3>\n<p>EFFIZIENZSTEIGERUNG &#8211;
