Cualquier paro no programado obligaba a retirar y destruir el contenido de la m\u00e1quina y a lavarla para poder reiniciar la producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La l\u00ednea inclu\u00eda adem\u00e1s una estaci\u00f3n posterior de estuchado, que era compleja y susceptible de tener varios paros diarios.<\/p>\n<p>El cliente estaba preocupado ante la posibilidad de que estos paros pudieran llegar a ser significativos en n\u00famero y que ello obligase a repetir frecuentemente el proceso de vaciado y reacondicionamiento de la llenadora, disminuyendo con ello la eficiencia de la l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<h3>Soluci\u00f3n propuesta<\/h3>\n<p>Se propone la instalaci\u00f3n de un <a href=\"https:\/\/inprosy.com\/es\/regulador-dinamico-flujo\/\">Regulador Din\u00e1mico de Flujo<\/a>, con una capacidad de acumulaci\u00f3n de dos minutos de producci\u00f3n. Por la capacidad requerida, el modelo apropiado es un DFR-MC.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es que el DFR absorba los efectos de las eventuales paradas de la estuchadora, si estas son de hasta dos minutos, o permita el paro programado de la llenadora en el caso de paros superiores a dos minutos. En ambos casos, el efecto del DFR debe hacer innecesario el vaciado de la llenadora, la destrucci\u00f3n del producto y el posterior lavado.<\/p>\n<h3>Mejoras obtenidas<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Se evita la mayor\u00eda de los paros no programados de la llenadora, causados por posibles paros de la estuchadora.<\/li>\n<li>La inversi\u00f3n en el equipo genera un ROI superior al 100% en un
