Tout arr\u00eat non programm\u00e9 obligeait \u00e0 retirer et d\u00e9truire le contenu de la machine et \u00e0 laver celle-ci pour pouvoir red\u00e9marrer la production.<\/p>\n<p>La ligne comprenait en plus une installation d\u2019encaissage robotis\u00e9e complexe, susceptible de souffrir plusieurs arr\u00eats quotidiens.<\/p>\n<p>Le client craignait que ces arr\u00eats soient nombreux, ce l\u2019obligerait \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter fr\u00e9quemment le processus de vidange et de remise en \u00e9tat de la machine de remplissage, r\u00e9duisant ainsi l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la ligne.<\/p>\n<h3>Solution propos\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019installation d\u2019un r\u00e9gulateur dynamique de flux avec une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accumulation de deux minutes de production est propos\u00e9e. Pour la capacit\u00e9 requise, le DFR-MC est le mod\u00e8le appropri\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le DFR devrait absorber les effets des arr\u00eats \u00e9ventuels de l\u2019installation d\u2019encaissage robotis\u00e9e, si ceux-ci sont inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 deux minutes, ou permettre l\u2019arr\u00eat programm\u00e9 de la machine de remplissage en cas d\u2019arr\u00eats sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 deux minutes.
