Cette ligne fabrique un produit sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 qui occupe seulement 30 % de la capacit\u00e9 disponible.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, d\u2019autres lignes de production travaillent \u00e0 pleine capacit\u00e9 et ne parviennent pas \u00e0 satisfaire enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 la demande potentielle. Ces lignes se terminent par un syst\u00e8me \u00ab bag in bag \u00bb, dans lequel les sacs sont emball\u00e9s dans d\u2019autres sacs de plus grande taille.<\/p>\n<p>Pour pouvoir consacrer la capacit\u00e9 disponible de la ligne nouvellement install\u00e9e au soutien des lignes qui fonctionnent \u00e0 pleine capacit\u00e9, il est n\u00e9cessaire de la connecter au syst\u00e8me \u00ab bag in bag \u00bb. Pour ce faire, il est essentiel d\u2019\u00e9quilibrer les cadences de production des diff\u00e9rentes lignes avec celle requise par le syst\u00e8me d\u2019emballage.<\/p>\n<p>Le layout de l\u2019usine est complexe, avec peu d\u2019espace disponible, et certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments de structure du b\u00e2timent rendent le passage difficile. Par ailleurs, le syst\u00e8me d\u2019emballage \u00ab\u00a0bag in bag\u00a0\u00bb est situ\u00e9 en hauteur.<\/p>\n<h3>Solution propos\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me compos\u00e9 de deux r\u00e9gulateurs dynamiques de flux a\u00e9riens, de mod\u00e8le DFR-R, et des convoyeurs h\u00e9lico\u00efdaux de type SPI-1T sont propos\u00e9s pour faire monter et descendre les produits. Selon cette configuration, la fonction principale des r\u00e9gulateurs DFR-R ne vise pas l\u2019accumulation, mais l\u2019\u00e9quilibrage entre le rythme d\u2019arriv\u00e9e des produits et le rythme de leur livraison au syst\u00e8me \u00ab bag in bag \u00bb. Cet \u00e9quilibrage est essentiel pour optimiser la cadence du syst\u00e8me d\u2019emballage.<\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu de la complexit\u00e9 physique de l\u2019espace disponible, une cartographie \u00e0 points en 3D est d\u2019abord \u00e9tablie. La solution finale est ensuite d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et adapt\u00e9e sur la base du calcul pr\u00e9cis des dimensions fourni par cette cartographie \u00e0 points.<\/p>\n<h3>Am\u00e9liorations obtenues<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtenir un \u00e9quilibrage des lignes permettant la connexion entre la nouvelle ligne et le syst\u00e8me d\u2019emballage commun \u00e0 toutes les lignes.
