What data do we keep?

INPROSY obtains information about its users. The following information is kept:

1. The data obtained about the navigation and use of our website. Specifically:

   • Time and date of access to our website.
   • The internet address of the link to our website.
2. All identity data provided on each of the forms that are accessible by the user in the website and with the purpose detailed in each one of the said forms.

What data we don’t keep, and they never become part of any registry or storage device?

INPROSY does not keep any of the operational, financial or product data provided by the user in the DFR performance analysis section. These data are used solely to generate the performance calculations and to issue the resulting report that is sent to the user and are automatically deleted with the issuance of the report.

Why do we process your personal data?

Following are the purposes of each processing:

• Concerning data obtained when you browse and use our website, we will process the resulting data with the purposes disclosed in the cookies policy and its related statements.
• Data provided to fill the various forms or templates included in the website, will be treated in accordance with the purposes related to those forms or templates. More specifically:
  • In case data were provided in connection with an information request:
    • To contact the user and submit the requested information,
    • To keep the user updated about changes, news or developments that could be relevant in relation to the requested information or the user’s interest areas.
  • In case data were provided to request a DFR’s performance simulation:
    • All operational, financial and product data will be used solely to make the calculations that are necessary to build the report and will be automatically deleted with its issuance.
    • User’s identification and contact data will be used to submit the report and are stored to keep the user updated about changes, news or developments that could be relevant in relation to the requested information or the user’s interest areas.
  • In case data were provided to make a suggestion or a complaint we will process your data to get in touch with you and take care of it.
  • In case data were provided to subscribe to electronic newsletters, we will process your data to send you communication and news based on the interests you’ve shared with us.
  • In case your data were provided as an opt in to receiving commercial communication, we will process your data to send you information and advertising, even electronically, on INPROSY’s offers, products, recommendations, and services.

How long will we retain your personal data?

The personal data provided will be kept for the term determined based on the following criteria: (i) the legal storage obligation; and (ii) the data subject’s elimination request, when applicable.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data for the purposes listed in the section “Why do we process your personal data?” are detailed in the following list:

• Concerning browsing and use of our website the legal basis is user’s acceptance of cookies.
• Concerning information requests, requests of DFR’s performance simulation reports, suggestions or complaints, the legal basis is the acceptance given by the user when providing contact or personal details to allow INPROSY’s response.
• Concerning subscription requests to electronic newsletters, the legal basis is user’s consent when providing contact or personal details.
• Concerning commercial communication the legal basis is user’s consent to receive commercial information and advertising, even electronically, on INPROSY’s offers, products, recommendations, and services.

Who are the recipients of your data?

INPROSY. may disclose your data, solely for the purposes indicated in the section entitled “Why do we process your personal data?” to the following recipients:

• To other entities within the INPROSY Group in order to facilitate a good service provision,
